By using Local Services Connect (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Platform.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Platform or a third-party service.
Local Services Connect is a platform that connects clients with local service providers. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between clients and providers. We have no control over the conduct of clients, providers, or any other users of the Platform, and disclaim all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Clients will pay for services through the Platform. We will charge a commission on transactions, which will be disclosed at the time of booking or payment. All payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
